ZenithTrade executes trades based on parameters YOU configure. ZenithTrade does not recommend, endorse, or suggest any specific cryptocurrency, trading strategy, or investment approach.

ZenithTrade does not guarantee any specific outcome, profit, return, or performance. The bot executes trades based on RSI technical indicators that you configure. Technical indicators are not foolproof and can produce false signals. Market conditions, exchange outages, API failures, or other technical issues may result in missed trades, delayed execution, or unintended outcomes.

5. Technical Risks

Automated trading relies on API connectivity, internet infrastructure, and third-party services (including Kraken). ZenithTrade is not responsible for:

• •Kraken API downtime, rate limits, or service interruptions
• •Internet connectivity issues
• •Software bugs, errors, or malfunctions
• •Data delays or inaccuracies in price feeds
• •Any losses resulting from technical failures of any kind

6. User Responsibility for API Security

You are responsible for securing your own Kraken API keys. ZenithTrade stores your API keys to execute trades on your behalf, but you are responsible for:

• •Setting appropriate API key permissions on your Kraken account
• •Monitoring your Kraken account for unauthorized activity
• •Revoking or rotating API keys if compromised
• •Understanding that API keys with withdrawal permissions are NOT required and should NOT be provided
