1. What We Collect
Your account email and name (for login and billing), your subscription and payment status (processed by our payment provider; we never see your card details), and the trading settings you configure. To run the bot you provide exchange API keys, which are stored to execute trades on your behalf.
2. Your Exchange API Keys
Your Kraken/Alpaca API keys are stored so the bot can place orders on your account. We strongly recommend limiting API key permissions to trading only (disable withdrawals). Keys are used solely to execute your configured strategy.
3. Your Funds
Forge Trading never holds your capital. Your funds remain in your own exchange account. We do not process, hold, or transfer your trading funds.
4. Trading Data
We store your trade history, positions, and portfolio snapshots to display your dashboard and reports. This data is attributed to your account and is not shared with other users.
5. How We Use Data
To operate and improve the service, send subscription-related and welcome emails, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help operate the platform (hosting, payments, email) under appropriate agreements, or where required by law.
7. Your Rights
You can cancel your subscription anytime. You may request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting support. Deleting your account removes your stored settings and history.
