7-day no-trade money-back guarantee
If you have not executed any live trades, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of subscribing. No questions asked.
Eligibility
- •The refund window is 7 days from your first subscription payment.
- •You are eligible only if no live trades have been executed by the bot on your connected exchange account. Paper-trading activity does not affect eligibility.
- •The refund covers your Forge Trading subscription payment only. It does not cover trading losses, exchange fees, or funds held in your own Kraken/Alpaca account (Forge Trading never holds your capital).
How to request
Email support@forgetrading.org from the email address you subscribed with, include your account email and the word "Refund". We process eligible refunds within 5 business days. The subscription is canceled when the refund is issued.
After the window or after live trades
Once a live trade has been executed, or after the 7-day window closes, the first payment is non-refundable. You can still cancel anytime to stop future billing — your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
