1. The Service
Forge Trading LLC ("Forge Trading", "we") provides automated trading software that places buy and sell orders on your connected exchange account (Kraken, Alpaca) using API keys you control. The software is a trading tool, not financial advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome.
2. Your Capital Stays With You
Forge Trading never holds, transfers, or touches your funds. Your trading capital remains in your own exchange account at all times. The bot only places orders on your behalf using API keys you provide. You may withdraw your funds from your exchange at any time.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance (Working Class Live $19/month; All-Access $49/month). You can cancel anytime to stop future billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy for the 7-day no-trade money-back guarantee.
4. Risk of Loss
Automated trading involves significant risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your exchange account, your API key permissions, and any trades executed. Trade only with capital you can afford to lose. See our Risk Disclosure.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your exchange API keys secure, for configuring your trading strategy and risk settings, and for monitoring your account. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to bypass subscription or tier limits.
6. No Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any trading profit.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge Trading is not liable for any trading losses, exchange downtime, API failures, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
